SAFE TRANSACTIONS: The security of your data, especially your credit card details are of paramount importance to us. For this reason, we ensure that all transactions are encrypted by a 128bit SSL Certificate.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES: e-Delivery: e-Chapters are delivered within 12 hours of payment, and normally a heck of a lot quicker than that! If you haven’t received your e-Chapter order within this timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@wendyberry.com.au
POSTAL AND COURIER DELIVERY: We make every effort to send your products as quickly as possible. We usually ship your goods within 3 – 7 days of order, (depending on stock availability). If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will email you advising of the delivery time-frame. For delivery within Australia, our normal method of shipment is via courier. Overseas orders will usually be sent via Australia Post, International Parcel Post. We will organise courier delivery upon request and for an additional charge.
EXPORT POLICY: We accept orders from anywhere in the world. Please let us know how you want your purchases shipped to you; enquiries@wendyberry.com.au. Shipping prices will vary. We will advise you of your shipping costs prior to dispatch.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY: No refunds and no returns. While we make every effort to ensure your goods arrive in pristine condition, we accept no liability for damage occurring during shipping.
PRIVACY POLICY: We collect your data for our own use only. We DO NOT and WILL NOT share, sell, loan or otherwise disseminate your personal data to any other party. If you’re on our mailing list, we may send you the occasional email regarding new products that may appeal to you. We hate it when people waste our time with junk emails and we don’t want to annoy you with unsolicited material, so you can opt out of receiving these.
GOODS & SERVICES TAX: All prices quoted include GST (Goods and Services Tax) which is payable by all Australian residents. Overseas customers are exempt from paying this tax. If you live in any country other than Australia and your order is shipped to your overseas address, you are exempt and the GST will be removed during the checkout process.
